Refund Policy: Refunds are provided only in cases of customer error or our inability to fill an order. In the event of customer error, customers must request a full or partial refund within three days of the order. In the event of our inability to fill an order, we will contact the customer within three days to provide either a refund or exchange. The original or partial payment will be returned to the customer's credit card or we will substitute an item of equal value, with the customerís approval. Shipped orders that do not arrive will be refunded in full, provided the customer notifies us of this.
